Business's owner have their offline store and want to expand their reach by selling products online as well. This is the reason why Flexispot exists. It provides a platform for businesses to showcase and sell their products to more audience and showcase their brand online, which can help increase sales and grow their customer base.

2. How's Flexispot works online

I met with the business owner to understand their requirements and goals for the website. Based on the discussion, they required an e-commerce website that allows them to handle it without required more technical knowledge, hence I recommended using WordPress with WooCommerce plugin to build the website. Wordpress is a user-friendly platform that allow business owners to upload their products and content easily with just drag and drop method. It's much cheaper compare to Shopify and can be customized easily with various themes and plugins available.

3. Owner request to handle by themself

My mission is to help business owners bring their business online. At the same time, I hope they understand the basics of WordPress, so they won’t get stuck and can manage it on their own. After the website is built, I provided training to the business owner FOR FREE, on how to manage and update the website using WordPress. This includes adding new products, updating content, managing orders, and updating the blog. This way, business owner can handle the website themselves, with save costs on maintenance and updates in the long run.
