Karnox is a gaming chair business based in Malaysia that specializes in providing high-quality gaming chairs to gamers, which are the competitor with TT Racing and Secret Lab. What bring it specializes is its ergonomic design, durability, and comfort, making it a popular choice among gamers who spend long hours playing games.
Business owner approached me to help them build an e-commerce website to showcase their gaming chair products online. They want to have an online showcase to present their products to potential customers, as well as to provide information about the features and benefits of their gaming chairs.
I met with the business owner to understand their requirements and goals for the website. Based on the discussion, they have basic understanding on how's e-commerce website works, but they are not sure how to develop it from the base. So, as the same approach, I proposed to build the website using Wordpress, which is easy to use and manage for non-technical users.
My mission is to help business owners bring their business online. At the same time, I hope they understand the basics of WordPress, so they won’t get stuck and can manage it on their own. After the website is built, I provided training to the business owner FOR FREE, on how to manage and update the website using WordPress. This includes adding new products, updating content, managing orders, and updating the blog. This way, business owner can handle the website themselves, with save costs on maintenance and updates in the long run.
This project includes 10 fully designed website pages, featuring a full-width header layout for the quick access to important information and products.
